Traffic information

When you visit this website, Revive Home Appeal may record your IP address, the page visited, the time of the visit, limited referral information, and an approximate city, region, country, latitude, and longitude estimated from the IP address. IP-based coordinates do not reveal a visitor’s precise device or home location and may identify a nearby network location instead. This information is used to understand website traffic, improve the website, and protect it from misuse.

An IP geolocation service may process the IP address to provide the approximate location estimate. Traffic and cached location records are stored privately by Revive Home Appeal and automatically expire after 31 days. They are not sold or used for third-party targeted advertising. A browser’s Do Not Track setting is honored by the website traffic recorder.

Service requests

Information submitted through Book Online is used to review, schedule, quote, perform, and follow up on requested services. This may include your name, contact details, property address, requested service, preferred date, access details, and notes.

Revive Home Appeal also keeps an all-time aggregate count of confirmed booking cities to understand service demand by area. This map history stores the city and state associated with a booking, but does not place the customer’s street address, name, email, or phone number on the map.
